The agricultural productivity is low in India on account of social atmosphere of villages that includes traditional orthodoxy, fatalism, superstition, ignorance etc. 3. The size of holdings in India is small because of which the agricultural investment is more, keeping the productivity low. 4. Farmers are using primitive agricultural technology even today. |
