1.

State the difference between Fundamental rights and fundamental duties with points given below: 1) objectives 2) nature 3) implementation

Answer»

ntal rights are rights and freedoms guaranteed by constitutions of some COUNTRIES of the world to their citizens. These rights have a legal sanction and are enforceable in a court of law.The Fundamental Duties of citizens were added to the Constitution by the 42ND Amendment in 1976.A fundamental right exists by virtue of the fact that you are a human being whereas a fundamental duty too exists as a RESPONSIBILITY on you as a human being.  Hence the primary difference between fundamental right and fundamental duty is that fundamental right is BASED on privilege granted to you whereas fundamental duty is based on accountability.
