Answer» Answer: FARMERS are often doomed by the middlemen that make more money than the farmers do. Hence, govt. has to keep a check on these middlemen. Also, most of the farmers still depend on rainfall for irrigation. There should be PROPER irrigation facilities for them. More mechanical equipment should be provided to the farmers for a BETTER yield. The land that the farmers work on, has to be provided with high QUALITY FERTILISERS.
