Answer» now that at the WEST SIDE the DIFFERENCE between each longitude of 4 minutes. If there is a difference of 10 degree between both of you, then if at your FRIENDS place it is 5:00 PM then at your place there would be 4 x 10 = 40 minutes that is 5:40 pm
