So, he had grown-up British and the British way of life was his ideal. But he was a British not a Briton. लेखक धीरे-धीरे ब्रिटिश जीवन शैली में बड़े हुए। उनके दादा और पिता, कोई भी दूसरी जवन शैली के बारे में नहीं सोचते थे। इसके अलावा उनके परिवार वालों ने उन्हें किसी अन्य संस्कृति से परिचय नहीं कराया। यही वजह है कि वे ब्रिटिशों की तरह बड़े हुए और ब्रिटिश जीवन शैली उनका आदर्श बन गई। लेकिन वे एक ब्रिटिश थे न कि ब्रिटेन के नागरिक। |
