Answer» Answer: Did our Constitution makers care for the role of ‘expertise’ in deciding who should REPRESENT us in parliament? Clearly not, since the only qualification for MEMBERSHIP of parliament, as per ARTICLE 84 of the constitution, is to be a citizen of India and PAST the minimum age of requirement. |
