Advertisement and publicity are being used at large scale to introduce or to make available these1 goods to the consumers. Now a days a consumer chooses his consumption material on the basis of attractive advertisements and publicity of different producers. In this way, they are exploited in many ways. During these days more stress is given on awareness among the consumers regarding their rights. The occassion is maiked by various exhibitions, seminars and street plays. Consumers are apprised of the possible unfair trade malpractice^ of short weights and measures, adulteration and the dike.
