Answer»

Solution

C's 1 day's WORK = $\frac{1}{24}$

=> A's 1 day's work = $\frac{3}{4}$ * $\frac{1}{24}$

= $\frac{1}{32}$

=> B's 1 day's work = 5 * $\frac{1}{32}$ = $\frac{5}{32}$

$\therefore$ B alone will finish the work in = $\frac{32}{5}$ days

= 6$\frac{2}{5}$ days
