Answer» Hey there......... The procedure to REMOVE a SUPREME court judge with CJI is A law should be PASSED to remove a judge from SC if he or she has been FOUND of misbehaviour or any kind of illegal work . These laws must passed from both houses of parliament with a majority of two-third. It might be LOOKING simple or easy method for removing a judge but in the Indian history it didn't happend at all.
