ORDER with respect to X is 3/2
Order with respect to Y is -1/2
Over all order of the reaction `=3//2-1//2=1`
If Y is taken large in excess, the rate is INDEPENDENT of its concentration, as [Y] is taken as constant during the course of reaction.
The rate EQUATION where X is isolated is rate `=k[X]^(3//2)`.
