Answer» In India, South-west winds bring inMonsoon season which lasts from June to September. During September, winds from North-east DIRECTION START gaining strength and tries to PUSH out South-west monsoon wind. Due to this, it creates thunder storms whilemonsoon is about to withdraw which iscalled RETREATING monsoon.
