Answer» re difference in latitudinal value between ARUNACHAL pradesh and gujarat.So DUE to these difference in meridian there is change in time also.but our watches is set as PER INDIAN Standard Time -IST which is according to the LATITUDE passing through allahabad.So it shows same time but there is difference in time.
