A COURT of Record is a court WHOSE ACTS and proceedings are RECORDED for prepetual Memory and testimony. These acts and proceedings were used by a high authority and the thruthfulness of these records cannot be questioned. According to Article 129 of the Constitution of India, Supreme Court is the “Court of Record.”
