Answer» SOLUTION :In my view, some important factors which have hindered the advancement of science in India are : (i) Lack of EDUCATION, (ii) Poverty, which leads to lack of resources and lack of infrastructure, (iii) Pressure of increasing POPULATION, (iv) Lack of scientific plannig, (V) Lack of dvelopment of work culture and self discipline.
