Apparently doting father terms out to be a fraud and tyrant – eagerly awaited son actually wants nothing to do with him – Hagberd has built up self enclosed system of belief about his son – prepared a home coming which is a myth which sustains Hagberd himself – Harry borrows money from Bessi who will ironically be the benefactor if Hagberd disinherits his son.
