Usually it is said that we should only pour acid slowly into the water with constant stirring.And if we add water to acid the given mixture will splash out and cause burns.But when we dont eat properly at time Acid is produced inside the stomach,if we drink water at that time,why dont our stomach burst???​

When we ADD water to acid, acid reacts immediately with water to dissociate H+ ions and it gives exothermic reaction which can result to spilling of acid in the surroundings and people standing near to it. So its dangerous to do so.

Now, coming upto the POINT,

Our stomach is made in such a way, that it is suitable for complete digestion of the food, our stomach can sustain the acid spilling, because the mucous producing cells at the neck of the gastric pits in the stomach create a layer of protective mucous covering the stomach lining, now there is no point of spilling or damage from acid.
