Answer» I CONTACTED the organizer of the annual Ramlila in my locality. He has been organizing it for the last 8 years and has done it very well. He ropes in all the local talents to PLAY the various roles and GETS some DONATIONS from the locals. They all work as a team and never have any arguments amongst themselves.
