Answer» Because it is having some minute holes from which water comes out and get react with outer surface and evaporate and since evaporation cause cooling. There are some pores present on the surface of the earthen pot so the water kept in the earthern pot continous to evaporate since evaporation causes cooling water kept in earthen pot becomes cool Because the pot do not enter the pot due to latent heat earthen pot is cool |
