Water is not judiciously used in the time of rain. Surface runoff becomes flood in the cities but not being stored for the future use. (2) Excessive use: Industries and affordable class use maximum percentage of water available for usage. They don’t feel to save the excessive water supply, which eventually cause severe water scarcity. (3) Unequal access: The people of wet areas are not sensible enough to store the excess for those in the dry areas. Moreover the rich and affordable classes do not bother to get water whatever situation may be due to their money power.
