Answer» Due to torque because torque depends on directly on distance<br>I think also due to torque<br>It is because if we place handels near the hinge of the door and the surface area between the hinge and the door will be very less due to which it will be very difficult task to open the door easily. To engineers place handles at the maximum distance from hinge due to which surface area of door increases and door opens easily..!! Easy AF ?
