Answer-: As though There are Many ways Rather than doing yoga and Going at Gym so Here are ways that I am writing for you in which I do at Normal ...
1- At School we can Definetly Walk Through Stairs Rather than Going on Lifts Like at Times I am From Dubai so In here the schools at Most have an Lift So most just go by easy but Though stair are put up as well , Just go into it for walking in The stairs.
2- Walking at school Is another major example to be held at school .If your school is Just near , Walk to school as It is a GREAT morning exercise indeed.
3- Now for The 3rd Step to be followed at school Is that You must Play In the breaks at your Playground or even a Walk around the floor or School By Carrying Tiffins, Can do so as It can be an Exercise.
4- Physical EXERCISES Can Majorly do it as Playing in the evening for awhile or Too .can give you a healthy and Fit Body so You can Jog for a while and Exercise but do Have break at Recent's by relaxing and Drinking plenty of water .
5- Cycling at Parks and Others are greatly Enough as Your Legs and Hands get EXERCISED and Therefore can be a Activity and an Exercise as well .
By Doing the above won't HELP you as Much without eating a healthy and Balanced Diet .You should Drink plenty of Water, Sleep at the right Time and as well eat green leafy veggies and Eat Fruits .
