Answer» All the species belonging to the Hominoidea Super Family are called Hominoids. They lived on trees. The trees provided them protection from the predators. The Hominoids were food gatherers. They procured food by gathering seeds, nuts, fruits, berries, tubers, etc. they were not meateaters.
