Overheads are the aggregate of INDIRECT MATERIAL cost, Indirect Labour and Indirect Expenses. Thus, sum of all indirect COSTS are overheads. They are of three types:

  • Factory Overheads
  • Office and Administration Overheads
  • SELLING and Distribution Overheads.
