What are the causes of Green house effect |
| Answer» The greenhouse effect occurs when greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide and fluoride gases synergize with sun’s energy. These gases are composed of more than three atoms and it’s this atomic structure that enables them to trap the atmospheric heat which is absorbed by the earth’s surface.Another major factor responsible for the greenhouse effect is ‘condensation’. Along with greenhouse gases, water vapor also plays a major role in the circulation of the greenhouse effect. Water vapor reacts to the changes in temperature and air pressure by evaporating or condensing into rain or snow and returning to earth’s surface. It this form of water vapors adds to the increase in the greenhouse effect. | |
