SharePoint as a back-end will function perfectly with attachment CONTROL. Attachment control will be disabled if custom SQL is USED. Use OneDrive, SharePoint, or other cloud storage to store attachments and refer to them in PowerApps as a workaround. JavaScript isn't supported in PowerApps forms.
