Fats are broken down into smaller fatty acids and cholesterols, Proteins into amino acids and carbohydrates into DISACCHARIDES an then finally into glucose.
ABSORPTION of proteins are done by SIMPLE DIFFUSION but the absorption of fatty acids are complicated. Fatty acids are first converted into lipid globules by bile salts and the taken up by special lipid transporters.
