Answer» Hyper-V Server 2008 is 64-bit only, that has INTEL VT or AMD-V virtualization acceleration technologies enabled. Supported processors include Intel’s PENTIUM 4, Xeon, and Core 2 DUO, as well as AMD’s Opteron, Athlon 64, and Athlon X2.
