1.	What are the important features of covalent bond?
Answer» Each covalent bond is formed as a result of sharing of electron pair between the two atoms. When a covalent bond is formed, each combining atom contributes one electron to the shared pair. The combining atoms attain the outer shell noble gas configuration as a result of the sharing of electrons.
