Answer» These are classified into 3 types : Physical Drive : These are physically present on n/w i.e. HDD, FDD, CD Logical Drive : These are the DRIVES which are logically access by partitioning HDD into no. of segments. Each segment REPRESENTS SPECIFIC logical drive. These are represented from F to Z. These are total 21 logical drive on the n/w. Search Drives : These are represented in the reverse manner of logical drives i.e. Z to K. Z = Z1, Y = Z2, X = Z3 …… &AMP; so on (upto Z16). These drives are USED for locating particular directory or which is store or logical drive. These are classified into 3 types :
