M - Movement: Locomotion or changing habitants from one place to another. Locomotory Organ may or may not be present but it is important to move for life.

R - Reproduction: For the existence beyond time, one should have ability to fight the time and diseases and continuously reproduce the off springs.

S - Sensitivity: Yes you can live without sense but its not better than having senses. Human has five senses and their can be more senses that we couldn`t sensing them.Here in earth we have light in day Dark in Night, Heat in summer cold inn winter, |Floral scent in spring Rain in Monsoon, Flesh living or dead, animal or plant we have to sense them all and most importantly we have to have the sense of humanity which is most important in this century.

G - Growth: It should be revolutionized it should be need basis. Like we have vestigial organs, Giraffe having long neck now. Growth should be both physical mental spiritual and intellectual.

R - Respiration: It is process of inhalation of oxygen from atmosphere to lungs and exhalation of carbondioxide from lungs to atmosphere.It is of two types;-Anabolic: Respiration in presence of oxygen-Catabolic: Respiration in absence of oxygen

E - Excretion: It is the process of throwing out of waste from the body. For human excretory organ is Kidney which helps in excretion of urine.

N - Nutrition: Its the energy for any living organism. Without nutrition its impossible to do other functions like excretion, respiration, growth, sensation, movement etc. So nutrition is the way of feeding to living for better living.
