Alteryx is a tool that allows you to access, manipulate, analyse, and output data. Alteryx is often used to perform and automate data processes more rapidly and efficiently. The processes can be of various sizes and levels of complexity, and they might include:

  • Data Combination and Manipulation in spreadsheets: Alteryx can perform VLOOKUPs, SUMIF, COUNTIF,  INDEX MATCH, pivot tables, and other complex Excel data manipulation. Alteryx can handle much larger datasets than Excel, is frequently faster, and the process is far easier to see and understand. People who are good at manipulating data in Excel should take Alteryx seriously.
  • SQL Development and Database Access: Alteryx has a wide range of database connections and FUNCTIONALITIES, including those that aren't found in most databases. Users can export their geographic studies in a variety of formats, including ESRI, GeoJSON, Tableau and others.
