Answer» The rights conferred by Part-Ill of the Constitution can be enforced through the Supreme Court or the High Court by all persons irrespective of race, caste, religion or sex. In the public interest, anyone can commence litigation in the Court. This is called ‘Public Interest Litigation.’ |
