It is expressed as: (a) Tangible cultural heritage: It includes buildings, monuments, books, art work, and artifacts. For example, Taj Mahal, Epics like Ramayana, Mahabharata, etc. (b) Intangible cultural heritage: It includes folklore, traditions, language and knowledge. For example, Pancnatantra stories and our various languages. (c) Natural heritage: This includes landscapes and biodiversity. For example, the Himalayas, the flora fauna or our country, etc.
