Answer» The poet wants to clear that advancement is required not only on the surface of the earth but also above the earth. It means progress can be possible under the earth, in the sea and beneath land. इस पंक्ति में कवि स्पष्ट करना चाहता है कि विकास धरती की सतह पर तथा धरती से ऊपर अर्थात् अन्तरिक्ष में तथा धरती के नीचे स्पष्ट करता है। समुद्र में तथा भूमि के नीचे के चहुँमुखी विकास को भी दर्शाती है। |
