What happens when a metal placed above hydrogen in the reactivity series reacts with a dilute acid? Explain this with the help of an example. Please answer my question!!!

Answer»

When a metal above hydrogen in the reactivity series reacts with DILUTE acid, it DISPLACES the hydrogen from that acid and TAKES it's place. The hydrogen gas evolves and makes it way out of the container. Example: SULFURIC acid + Zinc = ZincSulphate + Hydrogen PLZZ mark as brainlist
