What If I Have A Criminal Conviction? |

Answer» If you have a conviction this must be stated in the VISA application and you will need to submit a U.K. ACPO police clearance as well as a Memorandum of Conviction obtained from the Court in question. Visa eligibility will depend on the nature of the conviction.
