1.	What is a tropic movement? Explain with an example.
Answer» Directional growth movement of a plant due to external stimulus is called as tropic movement. Movement can be either toward the stimulus or away from stimulus. Ex: Roots shows positive geotropic movement and they grow with direction of gravity whereas shoots shows negative geotropic movement.
