What Is An Automatic Consumer Group Switching? |

Answer» It is a type of resource allocation method. Using this method, we can specify that a user session be automatically SWITCHED to a different group after it RUNS more than a specified NUMBER of seconds. The group that the session should switch to is called as switch group,and the time LIMIT is the switch time. The session can revert to its original CONSUMER group after e end of the top call, whih is defined as an entire PL/SQL block or a seperate SQL statement. It is a type of resource allocation method.
