What is an Ester? How are semisynthetic fibres formed by using polyester?Give examples

Answer»

Answer : - Synthetic FABRICS are produced from sythethic FIBRES,these fibres have been produced by synthesizing chemicals, monomers bond TOGETHER and form polymer chains, this is known as polymerization, higher the degree of polymerization higher the monomers

Synthetic fibres are non biodegradable, so it has a great negative IMPACT on the environment, UNLESS they are recycled.
