Unit of one mole of any SUBSTANCE is known as Avogadro number.
It is numerically equal to 6.022 × 10^23. This number REPRESENTS the number of atoms, molecules, or IONS in one mole of a substance. 

The hypothesis that equal volumes of different gases contain an equal number of molecules, provided they are at the same TEMPERATURE and pressure is known as Avogadro's law. It was proposed by AMEDEO Avogadro.
