Answer» AUTO merge:- winrunner automatically handle if there EXIST any problem...suppose we have to merge THREE GUI map file of an application. In that two GUI map are same then in AUTOMATIC merge winrunner automatically handle this and take only one of them.user have no need to take pains for that. Manual merge:-in manual merging it SHOWS all the file and show target file having no file. We can manually select which file we want in manual file. merging is only done in GUI map file.
