Discrepancies are resolved through the Data Clarification Form (DCF) or the Data Query Form (DQF). DCF is generated and SENT to the site (investigator) for clarification. After the corrected VALUES are received from the investigator as a response to the DCF, the responses are updated in the database. After ensuring that the data is error free, the database is locked to AVOID further unauthorized Modifications.
