Answer» IF there is a relative motion b/w source and observer then the Apparent frequency is different than real frequency of sound produced. Effect suddenly caused by random change in pitch which is noticeable or sudden increase or decrease in frequency of sound,light and other waves as source or observer move towards each other. |
