Answer» It is not virus actually it is virtue When we give the binding energy to a particle then it total energy becomes 0 or if we give more energy then binding energy then it\'s total energy become positive (however no system in universe has positive energy) so a total 0 energy means that the particle has escaped the gravitational pull of a system. So in this case the total potential energy of a particle but the virus of the system in which it is present is converted into kinetic energy and the speed with which the particle escapes the gravitational pull or the opposing force is called the escape velocity. |
