| Answer» A liquid solution is a liquid in which a substance has been completely dissolved. The substance can be either solid, gas, or another liquid.For instance, when you dissolve salt in water, the Sodium and Chlorine ions are completely separated, surrounded on all sides by water molecules.Water\xa0and ethanol are both liquids at room temperature.
