1.	What is literacy rate?
Answer» According to 2011 Census a person who is 7 years old or older and can write or read any one language is considered as a literate person. Literacy rate is expressed in terms of percentage. Literacy level is showing gradual improvement in our country. According to 2011 Census, the literacy rate in the country is 74.04%; out of which literacy rate among men is 82.14% and among women is 65.46%.
