Answer» Share Options Outstanding Account: It is a reserve which represents the difference between the market value and issue price of shares issued to employees under Employees Stock Option Scheme i.e., ESOR For example, if the shares are issued to employees at Rs 60 per share whereas the market price is Rs 100 per share, the difference i.e., Rs 40 should be credited to this reserve. |
