Answer» Chromatin is present in most cells, with a few exceptions, for example, red blood cells. Chromatin allows the very LONG DNA molecules to fit into the CELL NUCLEUS. During cell DIVISION chromatin condenses further to form microscopically VISIBLE chromosomes.
