What is the difference between mass and weight ? |
Answer» 1. Mass= Actual amount of matter present on the substance or matter is called mass. Where as weight is kind of force which possess in downward direction through the earth...2. Mass is fixed at every place of the universe but weight can change place to place because acceleration due to gravity is change. 3. SI unit of mass is kg. & SI unit of weight is N(newton).
No you are totally wrong Arpit Kumar ,...mass doesn\'t measure how much force it will take to change the way .but actul fact is that mass is the measure of inertia
Mass ka mtlb Ki the mass of all atoms contained by a substance ...mass is not a force but weight is a force which acts in downward direction..mass can never be zero Because the mass of atoms can\'t be in negative, Mass is always fixed because the mass of an atom can\'t be changed because the proton and neutron can\'t be ejected from the nucleus,But weight varies from place to place .Mass is a scalar questions and weight is a vector because it a force .and force follow vector law of edition so it\'s a vector QuantityAnd about unit then mass is kg and weight is Newton
1. Mass has only magnitude but weight has both magnitude and direction. 2. Mass is scaler but weight is vector. 3. Si unit of mass is kg, but si unit of weight is newton. 3 marks to aram se aa jayenge??
Mass is a measure of how\xa0much force\xa0it will take to change that path. Weight, on the other hand, is a measure of the amount of downwards force that gravity exerts on an object. | |
