What is the main difference between Homo sapiens and homo sapiens sapiens

Answer»

Homo SAPIENS refers to us and some very closely related, but extinct, groups of EARLY HUMANS. Homo sapiens sapiens is just us. The second sapiens is our SUBSPECIES. A subspecies is a population that still COUNTS as the same species as another population, but is isolated and also distinct in some way.
